Lingayen, Pangasinan (May 1, 2012)

The hubby and his friends have turned into photography enthusiasts. It seems they spend their days plotting out destinations/locales where they can go shoot pictures. A hobby that has basically evolved into an "irritating" (for us who have to wait) obsession. Never mind that D doesn't have a DSLR, he has been bitten by the photography bug.

So we took off on yet another road trip. This time for Lingayen, Pangasinan. At around 9pm on the last day of April, our group of 9 took the NLEX (North Luzon Expressway) and traveled through the towns of Bulacan, Pampanga and Tarlac. We reached Lingayen at 2 in the morning on the first day of May.

D's colleague was our 'tour guide' as he hails from Lingayen, the capital municipality and the seat of government of the province of Pangasinan. So we enjoyed bangus filled meals. We swam in the Gulf of Lingayen. We soaked in the fiesta atmosphere of the town. We absorbed the significant historical value. It was fun!

i think everyone is bitten by the photo bug. even cell phones take good pictures now, sometimes dslr is no longer a necessity to enjoy the hobby.

i think it would be good for you wives if they plan locations, all you have to do is show up.

Well it isn't really 'fun' if we only have one digicam to 'share'. :D

It is actually not just a matter of showing up, we have to pack everything and make alalay when they need their things. Otherwise they would be lost without us, wives. hehehe :D
